We have PhD students but no official PhD programme yet since we need a ministerial accreditation to be able to graduate PhD students. <BR/><BR/>However, we received a visit by the ministerial accreditation committee on Monday, 3 December, and we fully expect to get the green light and to be in a position to start our PhD programme officially in January 2008. <BR/><BR/>New recruits with an interest in TCS will join our <A HREF="http://www.icetcs.ru.is" REL="nofollow">ICE-TCS</A> research centre.
